How cool would it be to be paid while you do your blogging? Well, hope you guys had an awesome Christmas! apart from my accident the other day, I had such a memorable Christmas with my family. I was wondering what to post here today for WS, I had my camera with me yesterday and couldn't find anything interesting. We dropped off my son to a friend's house for a sleep over and on the way home we fill my jeep with gas and so I got the shot!

Yes! We have 20 little ones borned on Christmas Day!. We could have named them all, but it's kinda too hard to name 20 little fishes. Our guppy produced 20 live fishes altogether. I scooped the lil fishes as it came out of the 'mom' fish to this floating breeding box. I bought 2 females and 1 male few weeks ago after our chiclid fishes died. We have chiclid fishes for almost 3 years! We replaced them with these little fun-tail guppies and now we have 20 more of them! Anyways, here's a short video of our lil bundles of joy:)

Ok, this is kinda late, but as I have mentioned, I was not planning on staying that long at my folks house, but the weather did not cooperate with me. I did not take the camera with me because I thought I was only dropping them off. I just got home this afternoon, a little shaky from the accident I was involved in. But thank God, everybody involved was fine. My dad who was with me was a little agitated with the driver who hit my car. But I told him to stay calm and let me handle the situation. Anyways, I am here now, trying to get this photos uploaded. There was quite a bunch of them. Everybody was trying to open gifts faster than I can take photos. Anyways, here's my remembrance for this year's family Christmas.

Oh my goodness!!! I have never been scared in my life until today!!
I wasn't home since the 26th. I was at my folks house the whole time( one reason I wasn't able to get my photos up for Christmas!)..Anyways, I was going to come home yesterday but it started to snow and I passed 2 cars involved in an accident while going to the mall there, so I decided not to drive on the highway yesterday to come home. Hubby had phoned too, telling me that it was not a good idea to drive. So I stayed another night there. Finally today, it wasn't bad so I decided to come home. I was then on the highway, on cruise, doing 100km/hour on a 110 limit. I saw this truck with a flashing light driving slower than me up ahead. When I got near it, I checked my sides and my rear view mirror ready to pass him. The coast was clear, there were cars behind me but they were still way too far. So I know it was good to pass. I then passed the truck on the faster lane. I saw this car fast approaching behind me on the fast lane, meanwhile, I am still a few feet ahead from the tail of the truck. I then saw the car behind me passed me going to the third lane, which was fine by me. I was aware he was there. All of a sudden, I heard this scratchy tire sound and next thing I know, I saw his front right end hit the side of my car!! He hit my side door- the driver's side. It was really scary! Good thing my jeep didn't lost out of control, I was in control of the steering wheel and was able to slowly get my car to the side of the road until it stopped. Meanwhile, the sedan car that hits me span a little in the median. I thought they where going to be in bad shape but they were okay. The guy smashed his right side light on impact while my car received a big dent on the side! I am just glad nobody got hurt though. I was still shaking when we exchanged insurance and licenses....now I have to get it quoted after the holidays:(

Did some last minute shopping this weekend and I am guessing most of you guys did:) On the way home, I stopped at a public garden where I found these beautiful Canadian ducks just minding their own business:) It was a nice day to stroll around the park. I did took some Christmassy photos this weekend but I love the way these ducks turned out! So here's my take on this weekend's snapshot!

Well, I have seen this girl for awhile now, and I am not surprised that she is making her way to stardom! What a talent. Made me proud to be a Filipino:) She made her way to Ellen's Show in the US now and here's her video:

Went out yesterday to my folks house which is about an hour drive from where I am, did not know about the snow storm until I was almost there. It was really bad! It took me more than 2 hours to get home last night. I didn't stay for the night because I have work this morning..anyways, here's my take for this week's : snow-covered neighborhood:)

Hello folks! It's just so crazy around here nowadays. Busy at work and busy with family. I barely have time to sit here and write. Well, everything here is still good, cold, but good:) We just got back from the movie(photo taken today), we watched the "bee movie" with Arvin and hubby, now I am heading out to the city to visit my folks there again........Thanks for all the people who visits me here on a regular basis. I will be slowly catching up with you guys with all the tags and awards and visiting your places.

Well, another weekend is about to be over. We got hit by a heavy snowfall on Saturday so we didn't do a lot that day. I did changed this blog's look though:) Today was a bit calmer day, headed out for a bit. A little windy but not too bad, another sky photo with birds flying I got for this week's WS! Being born in the PI, I didn't grew up knowing anything that my parents or any body for that matter has insurance. Since we are very close-family tight, we know that we will be taking care of if something has to happen with our parents. I know, it's unbelievable, but we do survive like this! Well, today was one of those days that you don't wanna go outside. We just had our first heavy snow fall of the season. I woke up and the ground was covered with 2 inches or so of snow. So here I am playing lazy, in front of the computer most of the day. I was just satisfied that this blog is done. I was gonna put my hubby here, but I was thinking about it and decided against it in the end. LOL!
